Residents of Acanpii village Adeknino Sub County in Dokolo district were engulfed in shock and grief this morning after landing on to a decomposing body of Acura Patrick (40) in the bush who died mysteriously recently.
According to the residents of the area, the body was found by the children who had gone hunting wild birds and animal last evening.
Micheal Edenyu the area LC1 of Acanpii village told Lango Broadcasting Service this morning that the case was reported to the Police of Adeknino police station for more investigations to ascertain the cause of death and the perpetrators.
Fredrick Ogwal the LC3 chairperson of Adeknino says the deceased is a resident of Kangai Town council.
He warns locals against night movement during this period when the Country is under lock down.
Attempts to get a comment from the acting DPC of Dokolo Nelson Odongo and the regional Police spokesperson for North Kyoga Region were futile by press time.
