North Kyoga region gets new police boss

The Inspector General of Police Martins Okoth Ochola has appointed Senior Superintendent of Police Julius Ceaser Tusungwire as the new Regional Police Commander for Norh Kyoga region replacing Paul Nkore.

According to the transfers made by IGP Okoth Ochola Tuesday 1st July 2021, and which takes place with immediate effect, Assistant Commissioner of Police Paul Nkore who has been the RPC for North Kyoga Region will head to Masaka as Regional Police Commander.

In other transfers Enoch Abeine has been moved to West Nile as Regional Police Commander,Senior Superintendent of Police Kituuma Rusoke has been appointed RPC East Kyoga mean while SP Benard Akankwasa has been named Busoga North RPC.

In Kampala Metropoilitant,Okoth Ochola appointed Stephen Tanui as Commandant and moved Moses Kafero to head the Senior Staff College Bwebajja in Wakiso district as commandant.

SSP Ibrahim Saiga is the new deputy commandant for the Anti-Stock Theft Unit SSP Andrew Kaggwa named as Flying Squad commander Commissioner of Police Yusuf Ssewanyana is the new the acting Police Director for ICT.

Commissioner of Police Felix Baryawisaki is the new director for Construction, estates and land management and Senior Commissioner of Police Anne Tusiime moves to  Police Human Resource Development directorate as deputy director.
