Dokolo. Adwoki Technical Institute has registered a total of 211 candidates who passed with distinctions in the November/ December Uganda Community Polytechnic Certificate examination results released at the UBTEB Secretariat on Wednesday 31st Jan 2024 .
The Board conducted examinations between 20th November and 1St December, 2023 in 150 examination centres for different programmes
Speaking at the release of the results on Wednesday Dr. Onesmus Oyesigye, the executive secretary UBTEB said In this particular Nov/ Dec 2023 assessment series, the Board registered a total of 4,474 candidates, with 97% appearing for examination and 3% absent.
He noted that out of the 4,474 candidates that sat for the Examinations , 3600 were male candidates as 874 were female
In Amolatar district, Amolatar Technical Institute 29 candidates passed with only 5 retakers.
Smith Tukei, the principal of Adwoki Technical Institute expressed gratitude to education stakeholders in Dokolo for making these candidates shine.
He noted that out of 242 candidates who sat the Nov/ Dec examination, 211 passed with only 31 candidates as retakers.
Rev. Sam Omiat the director of Adwoki Technical Institute congratulated everyone’s efforts towards assisting them to achieve better results and compared to previous Academic years.
He promised to offer half bursaries to the best candidates who magnificently propelled the School’s name to great heights in the region.
