MP Felix Okot Donates PA Systems to Kangai Sub County Churches‎‎

Kangai sub county, located in the Dokolo South constituency, recently received a small size public Address system from their Member of Parliament, Felix Okot.

‎‎The donation, a small size public address system, was handed over to three churches in the sub county: Okwor C.OU, St Marys Chapel Angetta, and St. Daniel Comboni Adwila. ‎‎

The event was attended by Peter Odongo Owak, the immediate Coordinator for Dokolo South MP who represented Felix Okot.‎‎

In his speech, Owak congratulated the people of Dokolo South for their support in the recent Primary elections that led to Okot’s victory. ‎‎

He also urged the Church leaders to keep the sound system safe for the benefit of their fellow Christians. ‎‎

Moses Arac, the LC1 Chairperson of Okwor Village, highlighted the various development projects that Felix Okot has initiated in Dokolo South.

‎‎He urged all parties and residents to continue supporting Okot in the upcoming elections.

‎‎This sentiment was echoed by Dorcus Omara from the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). ‎‎

Omara urged all FDC members to vote for visionary leaders like Felix Okot Ogong, regardless of party affiliation.‎‎

The attendees of the event were quick to express their gratitude for the donation and for the wise leadership of both President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Felix Okot.

‎‎Sam Odyek and Margaret Ogwang, both Christians from Angetta Chapel, praised the development brought about by the two leaders, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Felix Okot not only in Dokolo, but also in Uganda as a whole.‎‎

Robert Omera and Quirino Adii Nam, two members of the community, confirmed that various churches have received support from Okot in the past. ‎‎
