Otuke East Member of Parliament Julius Achon Bua has once again proved himself as a top athlete, finishing in the second position in the American 21 Kilometer marathon.

The event, which took place in the city of Portland, Oregon State, saw Achon competing against 100 other participants, making it a truly remarkable achievement.

He started the marathon at exactly 11:00 am Ugandan time, showcasing his determination and willpower.
