Otuke East Member of Parliament Julius Achon Bua has once again proved himself as a top athlete, finishing in the second position in the American 21 Kilometer marathon.

“The funds will go towards the construction of a theater and mortuary at the Kristina Medical Center in Otuke district” he told this website after the run.
