Dokolo grade one magistrate court has adjourned until 15/02/2024 the case against Kweji tonny who was arrested recently over theft of a gun belonging to a police officer of Rego Rego police station in Dokolo district.
He was later charged with Office breaking and malicious damage which is being handled by Dokolo magistrate court.
The case of gun theft will be handled by a higher court.
Resident state attorney explained that all the witnesses against him on the two counts of office breaking and malicious damage have been engaged as other cases will be taken to high Court.
Court sitting lead by Dr Irene Namae on Thursday then adjourned the case until 15/02/2024.
